Drawing on her 20 years of experience in compliance and legal roles, Claire set out to change the industry, founding Claim Guardians to support others facing similar challenges.
Stephen has spent over 25 years developing cutting-edge software for financial services, including at the Financial Times, ABN Amro, and RBS. Having built and sold two successful tech startups, he saw an opportunity to apply AI to the insurance industry, helping consumers understand policies, navigate disputes, and challenge unfair claim denials. His expertise forms the backbone of Claim Guardians' technology-driven platform.
